Tupac Shakur Resurrected for New Ford Fusion Ad

We recently told you about some of the great features of the Ford Fusion Hybrid. Now, a new marketing campaign for the vehicle is generating a lot of buzz in the industry that stands to make the popular vehicle even more recognizable in the new Ford lineup.

Rap fans in the Sacramento area will certainly remember Tupac Shakur, who passed long before his time. A recent Coachella Music and Arts Festival performance by a hologram version of Mr. Shakur was an internet sensation, and at Elk Grove Ford, we're excited to report that Tupac's words will be used in a new Ford Fusion ad.

The spot samples the late rapper reciting a classic Langston Hughes poem called "The Rose that Grew from Concrete." As the commercial goes on, a man and his friends model a stone into the 2013 Fusion, resulting in a stylish and innovative vehicle that boasts a plethora of new features and advanced Ford parts.

Speaking of Ford parts, let's talk about some of the Fusion features. There's the new MyTouch functionality, SYNC capabilities, and other active safety and convenience factors that break the mold. Almost like a rose growing from concerte.
