Industry in Detroit inspired the earliest electronic music. Musicians began taking mechanical sounds from factories and infusing them into dance music to create an entirely new genre. In support of Detroit's Movement Festival, Ford has invited two Detroit musicians to its Michigan Assembly Plant to record sounds for their music.
In the video below, musicians Ted Krisko (of Ataxia) and Matt Abbott (known as Secrets) collect sounds from the Ford Focus to be turned into music.
We are proud of Ford's support of and involvement in this festival. And here at Elk Grove Ford, we are eager to hear the music that Krisko and Abbott found in the Focus.
To learn more about the music inspiring Ford Focus, come on over to our Elk Grove, CA showroom. We will gladly share specs or set up a test drive.
