Ford Parts Show Versatility at 2012 SEMA Show

If there's one thing that is fun to tout about the new Ford lineup as a whole here at Elk Grove Ford, it's the versatility of the vehicles in the aftermarket. By that we mean how using Ford parts can modify the vehicles to give them extra flare and performance. At the 2012 SEMA Show, Ford did just that, and took home some of the highest honors at the event.

Out of over 1,800 entries in the competition, Ford emerged victorious twice with the help of two very popular models.

First, there was the "Hottest Car" award, which was given to a beefed-up Ford Mustang that had big power boosts and ever-stylish looks.

Then there was the modified Ford F-150 that came out the winner of the "Hottest Truck" category with its creative new look on the exterior, and the new parts under the hood.

The jump in power, performance, and looks that both the F-150 and Mustang received via modification at SEMA is really a testament to how Ford parts are adaptable and you can get creative with your vehicle.
