Putting the Ford Explorer to Good Use

We here at Elk Grove Ford know that every automaker wants a certain image to go along with their vehicle. Whether that image is efficiency, performance, raw power, utility, or style, we know that no one does a better job with imbuing their lineup with that image than Ford. Take for instance, the Ford Explorer, which recently helped Pastor Russell Sterger and his friends explore the Grand Canyon.
More specifically Pastor Sterger was the winner of a contest that Ford held, which asked participants to think of what they would do with a new Explorer for a week. We're not just talking about how much they'd enjoy the vehicle either. We really mean, what would they do, where would they go. In other words, what would they explore?
Pastor Sterger's winning entry claimed that he would explore the wilds of Alaska with the Explorer. Ford loved the idea and declared him the winner. But the only problem was that as Sterger learned that he won, the dreadful Alaskan winter had already began to set in. Therefore, Ford quickly came up with an equally thrilling and less dangerous proposition: Taking the Explorer to see the Grand Canyon.
Sterger and his friends that he brought along had a blast, and they even managed to raise some money for the Salvation Army in the process. We here at 9645 Auto Center Drive Elk Grove, CA 95757 applaud them, not only for their creativity but for their philanthropic efforts as well.
Of course, if you'd like to do a little exploring of your own in a new Ford, then we invite you to come check out models like the Ford Flex, F-250, and Expedition today.
